We deliver within Germany, and standard shipping is always free.
Delivery area
We deliver to addresses in Germany only. Delivery abroad or collection is not possible.
Shipping methods and costs
- Free standard shipping – €0.00 – delivery time 5–8 working days
- Express shipping – €4.99 – delivery time 3–5 working days
You choose the shipping method at checkout. There is no minimum order value.
How we calculate delivery time
Delivery time starts when your payment is received and includes 1–2 working days of processing. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Thuringia.
Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show current data.
Please check your delivery address
Check your address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, write to us straight away at contact@smartville.shop. As long as the order has not been shipped, we can change the address.
Delays
If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email. You can then withdraw from the contract if the goods have not yet been shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, ideally have the carrier confirm the damage and send us photos of the packaging and goods at contact@smartville.shop. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 7 days. We will clarify this with the carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
