Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For an order of several goods delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SmartVille, owner Enrico Scheer, Reichenbacher Str. 185, 07973 Greiz, Germany, phone: +49 3661 85942, email: contact@smartville.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also declare your withdrawal directly via our online withdrawal function at smartville.shop/vertrag-widerrufen/ . If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to SmartVille, Enrico Scheer, Reichenbacher Str. 185, 07973 Greiz, Germany without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling that was not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
