Your right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods. The full conditions are in our Withdrawal policy.

Please send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal and pack them well.
Return costs
You pay the direct costs of the return.
Refund
We refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you sent them back.
As our standard shipping is free, we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery (€0.00). We do not refund the extra charge for express shipping (€4.99), because you expressly chose this more expensive shipping method.
Compensation for loss of value
You only have to pay for a loss of value if it results from handling that was not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Damaged or wrong goods
If your goods are damaged, faulty or wrong, please write to us with your order number and photos at contact@smartville.shop. We will quickly find a solution: replacement or refund.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery applies.
